Cornerstone Project
Alan and Amber have always had a passion for the city of New Sharon. In 2017, they felt compelled to transform a prominent eyesore at the heart of downtown, into something that better represented the community and its constituents. Seeing the potential to transform the landscape of downtown, the Lakes partnered with another couple in the area to purchase and completely renovate the entire building. Now named Cornerstone, the building includes four modern-industrial apartments and three commercial spaces.
